— WITEX 2027 World Intelligent Technology Expo Unveils Its Global Strategic Lineup

WITEX Düsseldorf Global Strategic Partnership Launch took center stage at the 2026 World AIoT Innovation Summit (Global Business Matchmaking) in Shenzhen on August 26, 2026. Representatives from twelve industry associations, international standards bodies and official institutions across Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and Greater China took the stage together to officially launch the global strategic partnership behind WITEX 2027, the World Intelligent Technology Expo.

Roger Liang, Chief Representative of South China, NRW.Global Business—the official trade and investment promotion agency of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia delivered the opening address. He said NRW.Global will continue to support Chinese technology companies in building a local presence, connecting them with regional customers, research institutions and industrial partners, and providing an end-to-end pathway from technology innovation to market entry in Europe.

Evian Gu, General Manager of Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., noted that Düsseldorf is a core linchpin of the EU market, offering companies comprehensive advantages that span market access and industrial collaboration across the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, smart manufacturing and new energy.

Scheduled for May 12–14, 2027 at Messe Düsseldorf in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, WITEX is built around Generalized Physical AI and spans four pillars, Perception (IOTE IoT Expo), AI Brain (AGIC General AI Expo), Embodied Execution (GRIE Robotics Expo) and Digital Twin (DTWE), forming a one-stop matchmaking platform across the entire Physical AI value chain. The summit’s business-matching area hosted more than 60 international buyers from over 20 countries and regions, generating letters of intent worth approx. USD 14 million.
